The mutations (W152C, L452R, D614G) were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as B.1.427/B.1.429) which emerged in California, the U.S..

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 76.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
