Description
SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein NTD (L18F, D80A, D215G, 242-244del, R246I), His Tag (MALS verified) | S1D-C52Hc | Acro Biosystems | SARS-CoV-2 Protein Mutants
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 34.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
