It contains AA Arg 319 - Lys 537 (Accession # QHD43416.1(K417N, L452R, T478K)). The mutations K417N, L452R, T478K are identified in the SARS-CoV-2 Variants AY.1/AY.2/AY.3 that are sub-lineages of Delta ("Delta Plus").

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
