ACE-2, ACEH, ACE2
Biotinylated Monomeric Human ACE2, His,Avitag (AC2-H82E8) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 18 - Ser 611 (Accession # Q9BYF1-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Gln 18
Online(Gln 18 - Ser 611) Q9BYF1-1Development Suggestion
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 72.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
